Nomadic Chic: Best Bags from Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2026 Show
When Louis Vuitton unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026 collection during Paris Fashion Week, the runway felt less like a traditional show and more like a journey into a mythical landscape. Set against a dramatic, mountainous set at the Louvre Museum, the womenswear director Nicolas Ghesquière presented a collection inspired by folklore, nomadic culture, and the spirit of travel that has always defined the house.
And while the dramatic coats and sculptural silhouettes were absolutely iconic, I was personally more interested in the bags (I mean, are we even surprised?). From oversized woven carryalls to structured leather designs with unexpected textures, Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2026 handbags perfectly captured the adventurous spirit of the collection. Ahead, a closer look at some of the most show-stopping silhouettes!
Louis Vuitton Fall 2026 bags
Drawing inspiration from pastoral artifacts, the new Louis Vuitton Birdie, Mini Multipass and Bundle Trunk bags feel like artful whispers of the countryside.

Shaped like an actual cabin in the woods, the new Louis Vuitton House Trunk perfectly captured the surreal, folkloric atmosphere of the show.
Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection also introduced several fresh iterations for the house’s iconic Petite Malle, a.k.a. “Little Trunk”. One version, in particular, looked like a softer-design shoulder bag (still retaining the iconic details of the original, such as the S-lock clasp and metal corner brackets), while the other one swapped the typical body in canvas for a layered arrangement of belt-like straps, each coming with their own buckles. This bag looks very interesting in my opinion.
And much to the surprise of longtime LV fans, Nicolas Ghesquière also brought back Louis Vuitton’s legendary Noé bag, spotted with its original 1932 proportions on the brand’s Fall 2026 runway.
What’s your favorite bag from Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection? For me, I think, it’s the Mini Multipass bag!
