Fall 2024 It-bag Alert: Coach Empire Carryall

Just weeks after the Coach Brooklyn bag took the internet by storm (largely thanks to Bella Hadid who was spotted wearing the bag four times in just one week!), another one of the brand’s accessories has managed to capture our attention, and it is the Coach Empire Carryall.

The Fall 2024 It-Bag

First showcased during Coach’s Fall/Winter 2024 runway show, the spacious tote comes in glove-tanned leather and features a structured base, dual top handles and a removable and adjustable crossbody strap that allows for multiple styling options. Many handbag lovers instantly pointed out a striking resemblance to The Row’s viral Margaux bag, which boasts a similar silhouette with a detachable shoulder strap. The Coach Empire Carryall, however, comes at a more accessible price point than the Margaux, starting at $450 retail in the size “26”.

And talking about the size range: as per time of writing this article, the bag was announced in 4 main sizes (26, 35, 40 and 48) and multiple colorways incl. black, tan, merlot and dark lime. According to Coach, the bag was designed with “a New York state of mind”, arriving with an array of handy compartments to accommodate a fast-paced lifestyle. Among those, two easy-access open sections and a zip pocket to hold the essentials.

The Coach Empire Carryall also comes finished with interior buckles to expand the side gussets when you need a little more room. Not even to mention the four protective feet at the bottom that will prevent excessive wear-and-tear.

Sounds pretty good for the bag’s price, doesn’t it? Well, if you agree with this, you also won’t be surprised to hear that the bag is currently sold out across most Coach boutiques. And I will tell you even more: a lot of people are also ready to pay premiums for the bag, or shop in different states, like this one woman on TikTok, who had her bag shipped to NYC from an Indianapolis Coach location after being unable to find it in New York.

So, I guess it’s safe to say that the it-bag of Fall 2024 has arrived and that is the Coach Empire Carryall! Available via Coach boutiques and on coach.com!
